Shipping policy

All orders will typically ship within a 2-3 business day window.  We do charge a small handling fee with each order. This helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. 

USPS Priority Mail is my standard carrier of choice and is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be mis-delivered or go missing due to package theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION: If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me by way of email or note to seller field at checkout and we will require a signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional payment. 

International Orders: All orders shipped are based on weight and shipped through USPS when able. Any overage in shipping costs will be refunded to you. By placing an order you are acknowledging that you are responsible for any fess, duties and/or  taxes that may be owed.
